I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee on a prayer to Ric & Rocky’s because the check engine light came on. I am a new widow and have always relied on my husband to deal with anything to do with cars. More Paul, the service representative who initiated my work order and took care of all of the issues was very kind and helpful. I am grateful for the repairs done to my vehicle and appreciate that they fixed other problems that were revealed once they got in there to repair the original issues.
